By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Registration: Certain features require an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated.

6. Termination

By Us: We may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct harmful to the Platform or other users.
By You: You may close your account anytime via account settings or by contacting info@artcradling.com. No refunds will be provided for prepaid fees.

7. Intellectual Property

Our Content: All Platform content (text, graphics, software, logos, etc.) is owned by Art Cradling or our licensors and protected by law.
User Content: By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for Platform operations and promotional purposes. You warrant you own or control the rights to your submissions.

8. Disclaimers and Liability

No Warranty: The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free access.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent allowed by law, Art Cradling and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Disputes: Unresolved disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in Uttar Pradesh, India, under applicable arbitration laws.

10. Amendments and Contact

We may update these Terms at our discretion. Changes will be posted on the Platform or sent via email. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the revised Terms.

Annex A – Submission & Publication Terms

In addition to the above Terms, the following apply to submissions for publications, features, or opportunities offered through Art Cradling:

1. Payment Terms

Submission fees must be paid in full at the time of entry.
All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

2. Communications

By submitting, you agree to receive communications related to your submission.
You may also opt in to newsletters and resources via www.artcradling.com

3. Privacy & Data Use

By submitting, you consent to our Privacy Policy.
We may collect, store, and process your data to manage submissions and respond to inquiries.
EU-based users: GDPR rights apply, including access, correction, or deletion of data by contacting info@artcradling.com.

4. Image, Publication & Copyright

You confirm you are the copyright owner of submitted artworks.
If selected, you grant Art Cradling the right to publish, display, and share your work on our platforms and social media for promotional and archival purposes. Copyright ownership remains with you.

5. Deadlines & Eligibility

Only complete submissions received before deadlines will be considered.
Late or incomplete entries will not be reviewed.

6. Editorial & Publishing Compliance

If selected, you agree to follow editorial instructions and meet all publishing deadlines.
Failure to comply may result in exclusion from the final publication at our discretion.
