About

Art moves like time—unruly, infinite, ever shifting. In my work, color dances with intention yet remains untethered, echoing the quiet rhythms of existence—the ebb and flow of breath, the fleeting pulse of a moment. I seek harmony in chaos, motion in stillness, and meaning in the ephemeral. Each piece begins in the solitude of my basement studio, where paint moves freely, unbound by rules or expectations. As a young artist without institutional backing, my practice is one of raw expression—guided by instinct, driven by passion. Every brushstroke is a reflection of movement, emotion, and the beauty of the unknown. My work captures life in fluid motion, inviting you to not just observe, but to feel. Because art isn’t just something you own—it’s something that becomes a part of you.

Natalie (she/her) is a fluid artist and design graduate student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they explore the tension between spontaneity and structure in art and design. Her creative practice is rooted in the interplay of organic fluidity and intentional composition—using acrylics, resins, and inks to capture the beauty of chance. Drawing from a background in digital media and fine art, Natalie’s work investigates how unpredictable material behaviors can inspire digital and physical design. Their process—balancing control and surrender—has led to dynamic paintings, interactive installations, and conceptual projects that challenge traditional boundaries. Influenced by artists such as Pat Steir and Holton Rower, she sees art as a dialogue between chaos and order, inviting viewers to embrace the unknown.
