SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

  1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 15-30 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will get another notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  1. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer a variety of options to meet your needs:

For Domestic:-

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery is estimated to take 7-10 business days after your order has shipped.
  • Express Shipping: Delivery is estimated to take 2-5 business days after your order has shipped.

For International:-

  • International Shipping: Delivery is estimated to take 15-20 business days after your order has shipped but Delivery times vary significantly by destination. A more accurate estimate will be provided at checkout.

Please note that delivery delays can occur during high-volume periods or due to postal service issues that are beyond our control.

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

  1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to domestically and internationally. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us for assistance.

  1. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be applied upon arrival. These charges are not included in your order total and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

  1. Damaged or Lost Packages

While we are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, we want to help. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please keep all original packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
